Which hardware does CocoNet support?
UniFi (all controller versions from 6.0+), Meraki MR series, and Aruba Instant. If your hardware speaks a standard captive portal redirect, we almost certainly support it — ask us.
How long is the free trial?
14 days, full access to every feature in whichever plan you're trying — no credit card required to start. Cancel any time during the trial and you're not charged.
Do I have to replace my existing WiFi gear?
No. CocoNet is a software layer that sits on top of the hardware you already have. Most setups take 10–15 minutes per location.
Where is guest data stored?
On our servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We give you an export button and a delete button, and we don't sell any of it.
Can I white-label it for my clients?
Yes, on the Reseller plan. Your logo, your domain, your pricing — CocoNet powers the backend, your brand powers the relationship.
